Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Guwahati Region was established in the year 1973. Over the years, the Region has been expanding with more and more number of Schools and presently the number of Vidyalayas reaching the figure 47.

THE REGIONAL OFFICE STARTED TO FUNCTION FROM ITS OWN BUILDING w.e.f. APRIL 2005.
